      Starting pay was not horrible.

      Cons

      Unprofessional leaders with 0 technical knowledge. Management dumps their tasks onto you and is rarely in office. Leaving Lands End was a blessing.

      No Drama, Helpful and friendly Leads, generally pleasant coworkers. Easy tasks. Nice schedule. Free Gym included

      Outdated Facilities, sometimes stressfully fast paced, Overall fairly bleak workplace.
