The only good thing about Landmark was your colleagues.

Cons

Senior management don't care. The CEO doesn't care for other peoples thoughts and opinions. I don't think he even knows what he's doing or how to lead the company. Driving it in to the ground. Can't take ownership and it's always someone else's fault, changes his mind every 5 minutes. Terrible pay. Honestly, avoid the place and don't think "they might have changed", because they won't have. It's terrible. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

- transferable skills you will gain from the role

Cons

- lack of respect and understanding from those higher in the company (force you to do jobs or go elsewhere without consent) - no work life balance - very little benefits of the role - only living wage pay so not a lot of money compared to same roles in different companies
