      It used to be a great place to work for until Landmark got acquired by Optum/United Health. Great mission around serving our most sickest and frailest population by providing high quality cqre at their home.

      Cons

      High turnover in the last year as they are struggling to keep talent.

      Pros

      Great co-workers and flexible work environment allowing me to work on the top of my license to provide evidence based care to each patient.

      Cons

      rapidly grew (which is great) but was purchased by Optum which did not see RPHs as an integral part of the health team at Landmark
