Centrally located within mount pleasant and Columbia decent place for someone looking for temporary source of employment or sustainable income.
Cons
No form of leadership what so ever areas are led by American people who only agree with the Italian counterpart the most. Positions are not based on skill or merit alone. Management and HR are non existent within the plant. Saftey is very loose and played by house rules according to what is going to benifit the plant more. No structure or chain of command. Nearly zero benifits or reason to stay employeed for any amount of reasonable time. A great place to work for someone who is a yes man and foot kisser
