Poor HR department, Unethical pratices, Use fake aliases, Immigration frauds. There is lot of disorganization within the departments.. Talking to people from India was a nightmare. This company commits lot of immigration frauds and many of my colleagues have reported them USCIS.
You will paid the hourly rate based on the contract at client site with no bonus and perks. There is no communication and touch bases when the employee is at the client site. Recruiting department is filled with people with no understanding of the technology and no idea of the resume they are marketing for.
