10yThis is a tough review to read as it is so contrary to the way the firm was built. So many of the leaders of the firm started out in entry-level positions and were developed over the years. This should have us clearly focused on developing the next generation of leaders, but it sounds like this was not the feeling in this case.
We have high expectations of our people, and give them direct deal exposure immediately, which is not without its stress. However, we have always tried to manage this through our onboard training program. It is unfortunate to hear that we did not manage this balance well in your case.
I am truly sorry that this was your experience at Lancaster Pollard. However, your feedback is very appreciated, and will help us to avoid these in the future.
