I have been at Lam for over 17 years and when I am asked why I have stayed here so long, I realize how special this company truly is. It's a company that provides you a growth path and supports you all along the way, it's a company filled with some of the smartest and most devoted employees in any industry, and it is a company with amazing leadership. I have always felt supported not only from a growth perspective but from a peer perspective...we all work together to enable our success as a company and that speaks to the strength of Lam's Core values. We all spend more time at work than we do at home, so it is important to work for a company you believe in, I believe in Lam and I have a great second family here to boot!
