      good colleagues, lucrative experience and learned a lot

      Cons

      old school company salaries are mediocre there is very less scope for growth lower staff /mid level staff are treated like slaves they keep your passport ( against UAE law)

      There are no pros to working here. The company's owner is Indian, and they are using all their indian mentality in Dubai's office.
