good colleagues, you make friends easily
Cons
everything is top down. teaches how to be better but doesn't execute (hypocrisy). low pay (milks you from the moment you get in but offers hire pay if you're needed all of a sudden, aka you're the last member on the team after the rest have resigned). you cannot work from home when you want to. demotivating (many come in with high energy but is sucked up within months).
