Consistent paycheck. Most of the doers go the extra mile to turn out good projects.
Cons
No employee reviews, annual or otherwise. Pay raises? Unlikely. No manageriel interest in the ideas of those at the bottom lf the food chain. Excessive layering within the management structure. Top-heavy. Seems to hire upper and middle management for reasons other than management skills. Complete lack of internal comunication regarding company status. Little interest in deployed employees' welfare and morale. Pay is sporadic. Those that perform best seem to get paid substantilly less than those they replace or those faltering around them. Excessive reliance on the do more with less theory in the field. Habitually underbids work and expects the teams in the field to work miracles. Cheerleader mentality among management...bobbling heads. Lack of corporate direction. Failure to folow a business plan. Not paying bills on time is putting employees in harms way oversees.
