Pros
I learned SO MUCH from this job, the training is intense and there is so much information they give you. They prepare you for working with all aspects of k-12, EC, and more. The job is really rewarding, good work. I loved the customers and my teammates.
Cons
The leadership and management of this company is lunacy. They made so many bad decisions over the last year or so, and it has put them in a really bad place for 2026. They don't trust their employees, they micromanage to the most extreme I have ever seen, and the inside sales leadership doesn't have their priorities straight. They don't care if you hit your goals or if you achieve your targets, they care if you have enough dials and virtual meetings, and if you met 20 other KPIs that don't actually correlate to revenue.
