Pros

We used to work from home until January this year. We used to have fun events like coffee trucks and fun summer events and holiday parties We used to have raises every year. We had lots of flexibility to do our job and attend family events and make up the work time later that day.

Cons

Return to office starting this year, 3-5 days a week depending on the department. No more fun events. No raises or bonuses next year. Due to everyone being back in office we are all cramped in tiny rooms not having any personal space. Employee morale is so low it can be felt in the hallways but everyone is pretending to feel fine so they don’t get in trouble with management.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We’re sorry you didn’t see the mutual benefits of a return to the office. Lakeshore has always been a team environment with lots of cross-department collaboration, and we see a noticeable boost in our work and culture when we’re all in the office together. We know we had a lot of fun events in the past, and we hope to bring those back in the future. But by holding off on some of our larger celebrations now, we’re supporting the best interests of our employees and company. Similarly, we know that a year without raises and bonuses can be frustrating, and we didn’t make that decision lightly. Ultimately, tough choices like these will ensure the long-term health of our company, which benefits all of us. Thanks again for posting your review, and we wish you the best of luck in your next position! –Employee Experience Team

Pros

Well organized Rich market opportunities Strong support Best products

Cons

Large organization. Sales process, reporting, and expectations are set for the lowest common denominator. More experienced sales people will find it to be micromanagement. The CRM is a mess and creates duplicate work frequently. Runs like the work being done is an emergency. It is not. Work life balance is the slogan but not practiced
