Pros
If you're young, you're working with people your own age and it makes things tolerable at times. Free entry to the park whenever you want, which is nice. Some of the jobs like ride attendant and technician, front gate, are easy and rewarding Room for growth... I mean, it's seasonal work, but there is growth.
Cons
This is for foods only: - Working conditions are awful. It is so hot in there. People pass out all the time. - Long hours, and non-commital management that don't care about your needs, only theirs. If you want to leave at your scheduled shift, they beg you to stay, and you become stigmatized if you don't. - Workplace harassment is common and, really, expected. Even from some of the adult managers there. It is disgusting. - Social life goes down the drain. You don't have one.
