Having the opportunity to meet great people. Not at management level but coworkers etc.

The culture felt cliquish at times, creating a "mean girl" atmosphere that could make employees feel excluded rather than supported. Pay was below market compared to similar roles, and turnover appeared to be high. There was often a lack of clear direction, inconsistent communication, and limited collaboration across teams.
