Can't think of any pros that are noteworthy
Cons
Poor benefits: pay more for health coverage while getting less, no separate sick days, no personal days, so time accrued is lumped into one bank, no merit increase while standard of living goes up, no CEU support (no reimbursement for classes taken and vacation days have to be used)
