Beware..! - Director of Project Management Lab Crafters Employee Review

If you are a seasoned professional, stay away from this firm at all costs. The culture there is toxic; they have zero training and onboarding for new team members; that sounds extreme, but it's true. Directors verbally abuse employees, and the CEO has his head in the clouds when running this company. The working conditions here are disgusting and dirty. You have employees here with titles of VP and Director that in any mature firm wouldn't even be promoted to Supervisor. If this were a public firm, the FTC would be all over them regarding their profit margins.
