Pros
Tips were great. Other than that, nothing.
Cons
Hostile work environment. Illegal employment laws take place here. Pay is nonexistent. Day 1 that I start, I find out that I am forced to change my name and go by an alias that was decided for me. managements reasoning being “we do not allow duplicate named people working here” I was taken aback because 1. I have never heard of such thing. 2. To make a long story short I dealt with something in my past regarding the name they chose for me and it gave me a trauma response making me shut down ridden with anxiety. Off the bat the manager did not like me, she negatively criticized my skills during training on a specific modality that I wasnt even taught yet, I don’t want to share too many details in fear of being contacted by management. I was given 1 week of training due to the lead trainer being out on vacation not even having been given a chance at training and recieved a phone call from one of the managers the day before getting let in the room saying even though I have gotten great feedback not having any complaints but I am being let go. Honestly this was a blessing in disguise because I am thriving and succeeding in my current job with way better pay.
