Pros

Some Customers are friendly ; 25% discounts . good experience for first job. learns skills like answering the phones ,providing customer service and sales. as well as working in a high paced environment good as a stepping stone. (temporary job).

Cons

Be Prepare to work with some difficult customers. you have a limit on how long you should be with a customer especially on the phone. you have to be quick or else the managers are snapping at you and yelling at you to hurry when you just begun . you only work on the weekends sometimes including Fridays no weekdays unless you ask for it (you might not get it )or are an assistant manager or planning to be one. Bad with Schedules. Dramactic and fake people. Manager and assistant manager dont treat their employees well. Horrible With Breaks. Dont Trust the manager or assistant manager. Be careful what you say and how your word things. manager isnt very helpful. They are bad with training. dont train very . Most stuff you learn by the other employees and mostly on your own. Some you learn when they yell at you when you done something wrong. The will tell you to go and ask for help if you dont understand something but they will just get pissed at you .

Pros

25% discount Very, very rare to run into nice customers

Cons

Forced to work holidays with no holiday pay. Does not train new employees well. Very unorganized-which is why you deal with very rude customers daily. Manager does not know how to manage store or employees, depends on assistant managers way too much. Hires people that are incompetent to do the work and leaves the rest of employees and assistant managers to struggle. Do not like to give raises-they feel you need to prove yourself even after you have been there more than a year. Very cheap, greedy, money-hungry. Pizza Loca itself does not acknowledge their staff. Never closes-never really get to spend time off.
