      Pros

      None since the merger but Mindtree was a great company to work for prior to that.

      Cons

      Left me unable to use email/MS Teams/Company Portal during merger, damaging our relationship with Clients.

      Joined Recently. Not sure about pros. May be security there due to having big fishes in the pond.

      Cons

      Slow, Hierarchical. People hardly talk to each other. Found very hard to clear expense claim
