You will work very hard to be a top contributor on the team, but the moment you get any other than a 5-star survey, you are treated like your contribution was meaningless. They threaten to fire you every chance they get. They overwork you for a mere $55,000, expecting that you live off this in Bellevue, WA. You receive zero yearly salary increase. That and they will 'promote' you but will never adjust your salary to reflect the new position. More work, no additional pay.
