It's great to look at a completed project, take your family and friends for a train ride and know you helped build a more sustainable transportation system.
Cons
The flat structure is not for everyone, and if you need a big title to feel good this may not be the place for you. We serve in different capacities on different jobs, depending on our clients' needs. The nature of the work sometimes requires travel (which may be a pro, depending on your point of view). As with many jobs, there come crunch times when we are needed to work more than a normal schedule.
