I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at LTK Engineering Services (Washington, DC) in Feb 2018
Interview
After the initial submission of my application, I was contacted by a member of HR to set up some interviews. I was not in a location where I could be interviewed in person but they worked with me to set up phone and Skype interviews as the process progressed. In the initial interview, I spoke with multiple engineers from the team where I would eventually work including the hiring manager, HR representative, and senior engineer in the team.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked what pulled me to consider a career in the field of rail engineering as it was not a typical field for mechanical engineers coming out of university to go into.
I applied online. I interviewed at LTK Engineering Services (Tokyo) in Jan 2015

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LTK Engineering Services (Ambler, PA)
Interview
Two interviews - the interviews were simple. One was a panel interview with a few senior engineers who had worked at the company for quite a few years. Next was one on one with the hiring manager. The interviews were very easy compared to other interviews I have faced. The questions were engineering related and rather boring/theoretical. I did not feel challenged but was exhausted by the job market search and hence accepted. The process was smooth.
