Pros

1. Stable and Reputed Company LTIMindtree is a merged entity of L&T Infotech and Mindtree, backed by the Larsen & Toubro Group, which is one of India’s most trusted conglomerates. 2. Good Exposure to BFSI Domain If you're interested in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), LTIMindtree has strong partnerships with top global banks. 3. Learning & Upskilling Offers access to internal learning platforms, certifications, and training sessions on trending technologies like Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, and Full Stack. 4. Diverse Project Portfolio LTIMindtree serves clients across industries—Banking, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Energy, etc. 5. Internal Mobility If you're interested in switching domains or roles, internal job posting (IJP) options are available to explore different roles within the company.

Cons

1. Average Salary Hikes Appraisal hikes are modest, often in the range of 2-5% for average performers. Promotions can be slow, especially without pushing through internal processes or IJP. 2. Legacy Projects and Old Technologies Many projects still run on legacy tech stacks (like Core Java, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, COBOL, etc.). Not all projects use modern tools or agile practices—this may limit growth for tech-savvy developers. 3. Long Bench Periods in Some Cases If you roll off from a project, bench period may be long, and allocation to new projects can be uncertain depending on your skills. 4. Project-Based Work Culture Work-life balance and work pressure vary drastically from project to project. In support projects (like Flexcube), night shifts or weekend support might be expected without extra perks in some cases. 5. Less Transparency in Management Some employees report lack of transparency in performance evaluations or project allocations. Decision-making can feel top-down, with limited employee input. 6. Limited Innovation Culture The focus is often on service delivery and client satisfaction, not necessarily on innovation or internal R&D. Not ideal if you want to build products or work in a startup-like, fast-paced environment. 7. Slow Relocation or Onsite Process (for some) Although onsite opportunities exist, getting approval and visa can be slow, especially in newer accounts or internal projects.

Pros

Joined Recently. Not sure about pros. May be security there due to having big fishes in the pond.

Cons

Slow, Hierarchical. People hardly talk to each other. Found very hard to clear expense claim
