- Worst Management - Policies are just to showcase , No one bothers to follow policy or help employee - If you are local onsite hire , you will be on target - Indian manager is having all decision making power and they are always looking for opportunity to lay off you - No appraisal meeting , no one to one , no clarity on your future - Only manager's puppet will get all opportunity and benefits. - Silent firing by just off boarding you from project even thought you are top performer . - HR is not having any say , they will do whatever managers will say to them.
