      Absolutely no pro outweighs this toxic environment, there is no fixing this organization internally under its ownership.

      Cons

      The owner displays moments of manic hysteria in the shop, in which he will berate, scream, shake, and seem to be prepared to get violent-all in front of others. I don't know how the State of Texas allows the owner to continue to employ anyone based on my own survey of employees and their mental health, directly due to the management of the owner.

      1. Company is advancing to a larger building. 2. Handle projects on your own without supervision. 3. Very caring Owners who really care about their employees well being. 4. Strongly laid out company with an exciting Superconductor environment.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any cons. It is a good family-owned business with strong values and direction.
