Pros
The co-workers in the photo studio were a team that helped each other. They did offer Summer Hours - work your 40 hours before Friday and you get Friday off.
Cons
The photostudio, aka warehouse, had no air conditioning so in the summer time it would be horribly hot. The demands given on the photos for the catalogs were unrealistic at times. The higher ups only cared about the almighty dollar going into their pockets.
