The people at LRQA are great colleagues to work with and we aim to create a healthy working environment where our people can thrive. We are certainly going through lots of change, but all for great outcomes. If we all pull together to get through some of these changes, life at LRQA will be much improved for everyone, leading to better service of our clients and fulfilling our purpose of shaping a better future, together.

      I come to work every day excited to work with an amazing set of colleagues, an impressive set of clients and brands, and I'm proud of the solutions we provide to our clients to help them manage their risks - from ESG, Responsible Sourcing, Cybersecurity, Food Safety, and QHSE just to name a few. Being part of the LRQA team means every employee has a voice, every idea is welcome, and collaboration is key. If you're a driven professional looking to make a difference, focused on delivering results, with high energy who is proactive, thrives while working at pace, and excited to work with an amazing team, LRQA is a great organization to work for.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is encouraged but can be a challenge because we have so much to achieve. Ultimately, it is up to each individual to set and stick to their working hours.

      Great list of clients, people are genuinely passionate at what they do, hybrid work model.

      Cons

      Employee bandwidth overload which causes burnout, employee turnover rate increasing, leadership are cold and uninspiring, demoralizing, frequent org changes
