We're thrilled to hear that you have had the opportunity to meet wonderful people and make lifelong friends within LRG. Building positive relationships and a supportive community is something we strive for, and it's great to know that we've been successful in that regard.
We are disappointed to hear of your concerns about low pay and lack of flexibility. We continuously review our pay structure to ensure that it aligns with industry benchmarking. Additionally, we are actively exploring ways to enhance flexibility and accommodate the diverse needs of our employees by enhancing our benefits package and reducing working hours. For example we have recently made changes as we now open for half a day on a Saturday in our branches and property managers no longer work weekends to facilitate a better work life balance.
Treating everyone equally and ensuring consistency in our approach is a fundamental principle we strive to uphold. This is why we encourage you to reach out to the HR team directly, hrdepartment@lrg.co.uk with any specific instances or concerns you have encountered, so that we can address them appropriately. Your feedback highlights a crucial issue that we need to address, and we will take immediate steps to investigate and address any inconsistencies in our policies. We appreciate your advice, and we are dedicated to ensuring that all employees are treated fairly, with the same set of rules and expectations applied to everyone.
