Pros

Professional Company, some do well, most do not.

Cons

Leadership in the financial part is very badly led, they publish a hero's and villains list everyday of your performance maybe they think that is positive most see as trying to humiliate you into performing, (does not work) very 1990's sales. Management hear what they want to hear. Most advisors do not stay long which is why they promote the extra 10 days holiday. in all horrible experience from the moment i worked there.

It help me a lot during my student years I was earning
