      Flexible with family and time off if needed or working different schedules/from home if needed. The office culture is really enjoyable.

      Cons

      The idea's/direction of where service wants to go changes every year to year and a half (IDEO, ADKAR....)

      Pros

      Good work life balance and benefits are pretty good depending on management. Really the only thing that kept me here so long was the people in my team.

      Cons

      Pay is lacking compared to competitors. CEO makes 15 million and CFO makes 10 million, but they don't want to pay competitive wages. Senior Leadership in finance space have brought it up, but little to no change
