We could do better on process improvements and take a more scientific approach to troubleshooting.

Tim Lano is an incredible boss. He is extremely generous to all of his employees and makes the work days fun. He even added a 4,000 square foot employee lounge that has an indoor golf simulator, virtual reality, ping pong, corn hole, workout facility, and a movie theater setting. There is no other place I'd rather be than LPA!
