At times the company includes too many people in one project that it delays the project from lifting off the ground.

Had a great time working here with the team. Some of the best experiences of my life. Professional, understanding, collaborative, fun, and sincere. Best foot forward in terms of wanting to create the best product/service offerings possible to our clients. No regrets, and would happily continue to work there in the future, if possible.

Decent benefits. Not necessarily top tier, but it's what you'd expect for a business of this size in our current economy. The world simply isn't what it used to be. So I think this is more than appropriate. The generous flexibility fostered in the post-covid era more than outweighs the formal structured benefits.
