Pros
As a new employee at LMP Education, I felt welcomed and supported right from the start. The onboarding process was thorough, and the team went out of their way to ensure I had the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. The company culture is incredibly positive, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and celebrating achievements.
Cons
A major challenge for a tutor is the lack of standardisation in teaching materials. Different tutors create and teach their own content, which can make it challenging when covering for someone or taking over from a departing tutor. This inconsistency can lead to confusion for both staff and students, as expectations and content delivery vary significantly.
