- Contributions are deeply valued - Hard work is shouted out and celebrated - A great team to work with - Realistic and fair targets - Great communication across the company - Great Management - Great Progression opportunities - Hybrid working - 4.30pm finish on a Friday - Great Company Events - Great Incentives - Generous amount of days off at Christmas time

Cons

I don't really have any but I think it would be nice to have a fun virtual social on a regular basis for teambuilding

well I dont know that there is any - maybe an extra days holiday each year up to 5 years

Cons

cold, thoughtless, rude, no emotional intelligence - and thats the top management ! SLT are hell bent on getting one person out of the company come hell or high water and messing with their mental well being, to the point that this person attempted suicide because of the way they were treated.
