      Great company values and very supportive and caring towards staff. Everything was at hand to help and support when needed during the induction process and the company is very well organised with their processes.

      well I dont know that there is any - maybe an extra days holiday each year up to 5 years

      Cons

      cold, thoughtless, rude, no emotional intelligence - and thats the top management ! SLT are hell bent on getting one person out of the company come hell or high water and messing with their mental well being, to the point that this person attempted suicide because of the way they were treated.
