Pros
The company itself cares for their staff with work life balance.
Cons
Politics. Uneducated women, in particular, seem to rise to management roles without any proper training and experience. Even though you do your job very well (without proper training) and work hard to get it done and what matters done, it is not enough. If you do not suck up to the right people and engage, hard work does not matter. They expect you to work 50-60 hours a week in non managemt roles because they want you to work AND engage. You MUST brown nose and put a smile on your face when you are spoken to like a child. It is difficult for them to understand different learning styles. Unprofessional managers who inform you of your colleagues salary and personal details (ie family issues) following termination of said staff. Hence, do not inform them about anything regarding your personal life. As well, do not expect a proper training session with your uneducated manager because if her close friend is in need of discussing personal issues, your training will be on hold and interrupted. Very unprofessional.
