Pros
Staff culture is positive, lots of good teachers to help newer staff, coaching program provides some feedback and assistance
Cons
Emotional leadership makes work chaotic. Sometimes you are unaware of the direction of the program, the CEO doesn't seem to be able to separate her pride from any single event at the school. Nepotism is a major problem as the CEO is the mother of one of the administrators. This administrator rose through the ranks very quickly despite having very little classroom experience. Sometimes, they will have public arguments that result in both the CEO and the principal locking themselves in their office for the remainder of the day. It makes it very uncomfortable for everyone in that area. Some members of admin also appear afraid to speak to parents. When parents come to speak they hide away in their office and send the front desk receptionist to deal with the angry parent.
