Pros
Co-Workers for the most part are great, although so many of them have been laid-off. Many were long term employees and high performers.
Cons
Constant mass lay-offs since Lixil bought the company in 2013 -no one is safe. Leadership will throw anyone under the bus to protect themselves. They lay off long term dedicated employees who are competent in their roles. Hence the company is constantly in chaos as all of the knowledge & process goes out the door. Lack of new product since covid began is hurting them. Their competitors are now leading in design, innovation and pricing. The majority of employees work from home - this is not working. Everyone works in silos and everything moves super slowly. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Constant - out of stock products. Constant - product quality issues.
