      I didn't find any while working for Livio.

      Cons

      Management has no industry knowledge, no money and no vision to run this company. They are only interested in your personal stuff and no policies at all. They can fire you any time if they didn't like you. No valid reason will be given. Join only if you are ready to spoil your career.

      Pros

      Excellent vision and hard working management. The panelized building systems with multiple components beyond just the framing is a really good vision and we have validated in in several markets in various states in the US.

      Start up culture, heavy load of work, VERY fast paced
