Pros
Good people in all areas who try their best to get the job done in the amount of time given.
Cons
HRs hiring practices puts company at risk for failure as they do not know who or what they are hiring for. They do not hire skilled workers and do everyone else has to suffer for this. This company can be so much better but instead they are more into penny pinching and not giving credit where credit is due. Its a wonder that Hr thinks they deserve bonuses but the guys on the floor and in other departments do a lot of work and work long hours. Without production Hr would not even be getting bonuses. Bonuses should be for everyone not just management.
