      Pros

      Great place to work for people who really want to grow quickly, you’re given responsibility from day one. You can either hide from it and sit back or use LHV as a springboard for your career. Genuine people, interesting industry and awesome perks.

      Cons

      Have got a lot of competing priorities so your department may not get the attention you think it deserves. Fwiw, I think they got the prioritisation right.

      We get a lot of autonomy and opportunity to grow. The team is highly skilled, collaborative and supportive.

      Cons

      Struggling a little with transitioning from a small start-up to a mid-sized org. Some practices need to mature, such as professional development, salary benchmarking and access to tooling.
