Pros
- The people that I worked with were very nice and we all got let go on the same day so we were able to bond over the mutual unemployment. - The senior sales executives were willing to step in and help when needed.
Cons
- The company "culture" was very toxic. They made it seem as if they are a family when they do not care about you at all. - They only tell you what you are doing wrong throughout training and do not give a way to fix what you are struggling with - They only have a certain number of people they are able to "graduate" from the training classes. 35 people start every month and 4 people graduated from my class. Everyone else either quit due to the toxic work environment or got fired due to lack of client meetings. - They expect you to have 10-15 new client meetings every week and when you do not hit that, you will be threatened with getting fired.
