      Actual company cares, HR has open door policy and they are responsive

      Cons

      A LOT of drama. You would not believe how much trash talking and petty behaviors there are. Everyone views each other as enemies and all teams are close rank.

      Pros

      Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

      Cons

      Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
