      Training was extensive and well delivered

      Cons

      The environment is toxic No support system HR doesn't even care Managers say ' you must earn the right to be respected ' Team Structure absent at best. Everyone was out for themselves.

      Pros

      Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

      Cons

      Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
