Worst company to work, I will tell you my story, I had many offers from Product based company before joining here but i made a worst decision Joining here. the Indian management is totally dependent on Korean Hq , Korean People won't even respect their own Indian employee, I joined here on the month of March, I was assigned on a Project that is not even related to my Experience (i am in embedded Software Domain] My manager promised me to change the Project in sometime so believing him , I joined that Project , on the month of May I was sent to Korea for the Project Training , it was a Horrible Experience , Those Korean Guys are very poor in English and they treat you like Slaves . The Whole Training was very Poor even the Korean Guy who Trained me Doesn't have an clear understanding on the Project, he was almost a Fresher , but he treated me very worst always blamed me and my teammates on his own mistakes, He Literally Tortured me very bad that i felt very demotivated and broke, he won't even give an apology on his mistakes. seeing all this toxic work culture I got Frustrated and reported to my manager , the worst part is even my manger joined LG few Months before I joined , he said me its common Korean People are like this they won't respect Indian People , I know self-respect is important but try to Adjust them , Hearing all this I Dropped my papers within 6 months of my Joining . very worst Company even if you have only one offer from Lg please don't join here, you can find more opening now in LG and they are actively hiring because not only me ,most Senior Employees have left due to the Management. I spoke with many Employees here everyone has faced this issue. Dont even consider this as a company, Dont Join here unless you want to be a slave for Korean People. I have almost 5 years of experience and worked in many MNC, but trust me this is the worst company.
