Pros
LFA was an excellent place to work! From day one, there were very thorough processes in place to make sure everyone was set up for success. Employees from different departments regularly collaborated on projects, even though they might be in different offices. Everyone acted as a team even in difficult situations. LFA's products were also very unique and made each working day a learning experience, regardless of each person's role in the company.
Cons
While there are many benefits to being a small, agile company, LFA did lack some of the resources that are common in much bigger organizations. However, employees were not restricted by rigid processes and controls. Everyone was given the opportunity to make improvements in their specific area.
