Not recommended at all - Analyst LEMAN Employee Review

Employees have a voice, management may not always agree with the comment(s), but employees do have a voice. The owner truly cares about the employees. LEMAN has integrity and morals which they stand by daily. The salaries could be better, but they are also not a Billion $ company.

Management can be slow in making the right decision. They hold on to incompetent employees too long.

With the new management coming in, a lot of the managers and staff left as the old culture went out the window. Now it is all about growing and showing numbers
