Pros
This is not an ordinary company. The products aside, creativity and doing things differently give the company a good name. Of course, you have to be open-minded (not saying liberal, not my kind of word) to stay motivated because you work with people from different countries, cultures and, yes, sex toys, which is fun if you like them. My time at LELO was fun. I made some good friends and travelled to nice places a few times. I would have never left the company if I had not been forced to take care of some family issues. I just did not have enough time for both. It was a tough choice. The overall impression of the company is very good.
Cons
Yes, there are cons at LELO too. I did not like the way some things were organised. I needed some space for regular meetings and I got frustrated. We did not have any of our own so we had to rent it. It was frustrating. I had to rearrange my schedule often
