Dont walk, RUN away from this company - Anonymous employee LDC Employee Review

I honestly doubt this will company will exist in a year. Top leadership is horrible. They pay very well but its not worth it. If you dont get on their good side and be a yes man you wont have a job. So much turnover from people who have worked there for 10-20 years, even CO-founders are gone its that bad. It used to be a great company but something weird is going on/ happened internally. People literally screaming, crying and slamming doors in faces such unprofessionalism. They lost so many clients due to lack of experience and bad experiences. I would never work for them ever again even if it was the last job i could accept in my field Id work at walmart 100%
