      Pros

      -Always paid on time. -The school has an actual curriculum and leadership. -Plenty of prep time to do your work. -The kids are great and high level. -It's a big school with lots of staff, so you can meet a lot of people right away.

      Cons

      -Communicating with your Korean partner teacher can be difficult at times. -I wish it paid more. -It isn't a vacation. My recruiter made it sound like it was a paid vacation...it definitely was not. -We were paid, but we did have to work half-days on several holidays.

      Pros

      Super nice staff that deals with all issues you may have (apartment issues, student issues, parent issues, culture issues, etc.) so that you don't have to Good salary (always paid exactly on time, pension, apartment, health insurance included) No desk-warming, no meticulous test-grading Easy curriculum with lots of room for fun activities to add on Apartment & school in an exciting location right next to metro and bus Contract always honored 100% The school takes you seriously and trusts you to do the job instead of breathing over your neck Not intellectually demanding so it's a good job for someone who's also in school

      Cons

      The easy curriculum can be monotonous The school is small No technology in the classroom
